culpeper county had a lot of flooding not too far from leesburg 2.2 inches reported and on up into howard county and frederick some very heavy rain, but again only in that band. other places only got a few tenths of an inch as we saw down in charles county. tonight not much left. we have a little drizzle and fog. this little batch trying to get in a bit closer is moving north. we'll keep a chance for a shower in overnight because this frontal boundary is trying to move through. the heaviest of it was early this morning. again lighter showers still may be around tonight and i think there might be a slight chance of a shower tomorrow afternoon as the frontal boundary comes in and maybe a thunderstorm but not a huge chance. our dilemma tomorrow is a couple things. first of all, the temperature. we're going for 85 degrees. if this warm front doesn't go through, it could be 10 degrees cooler than that. if it lurks in the area, we may have a better focus for showers and storms tomorrow, but right now we'll stick with the 80s. expect a warm day. if the sun tries to pop through, you'll know that
